THE Health and Wellbeing Event held in the Ashe Hotel on Thursday evening offered great advice and strategies for attendees on how to improve their lives.

The event, which was jointly run by AIB Tralee customer financial planning division and Tralee Chamber Alliance, offered strategies for life performance.

The purpose of the event was to show people how to implement strategies in their lives to become more effective in interactions in business, and at home. It is about managing stress, and turning it into something you can utilise.

There were two speakers on the night. Joe O’Connor of Nisus Fitness and creator of Ireland’s Fittest Family, and Kerry Person of the Year Colm “Gooch” Cooper spoke about all things fitness and lifestyle-related at the event,

Colm spoke of the challenges he faced when he sustained a significant injury in his football career, and how he managed this on a personal level.

Joe O’Connor talked about how to reduce the possibility of things going wrong in your life, and how to manage them if they do.

The event was a great opportunity to get an insight into how fitness experts manage stress, and what strategies they implement in their own lives to help them. Scroll down for photos…
