THE first ever ‘recruitment festival’, RecFest, was  held in Tralee yesterday on Abbey Street.

Stalls were taken by businesses from all around Kerry lining the pedestrianised way – between Yummy Cafe and the Abbey Inn – including PhoneWatch, The Rose Hotel, Fexco, Oakview Village Childcare and more.

Sponsored  by AIB, the event allowed graduates and employers from around the county to interact in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. It was a great way for graduates to see what is out there for them in Kerry businesses.

The initiative was co-ordinated by four students from IT Tralee in association with the HQ Tralee – Rosie Brown, Joe Monaghan, Dale Brosnan and Lisa O’Mahony, who are currently on work placement with businesses in HQ Tralee. Scroll down for photos…
