THEY’VE been on the go for 11 years now, but last night saw Tralee Parnells Hurling and Camogie Club hold their first ever social.
The Rose Hotel was the venue for the event which saw over 170 of the club faithful gather for a night of fine food, music and celebrations.
And there were many achievements to recognise too as Juvenile Secretary David Brick explained.

“We’re celebrating the fact that it was our tenth anniversary last year and had a very successful 2022,” he said.
“We won the Féile na nGael Under 15 title with the lads being presented with those All-Ireland medals this evening. Our minors won a county league title for the first time, the U21s won the 2021 North Kerry title which was played last year and the junior hurlers won the South Kerry competition. Our under 12 camogie team will also be recognised,” said David.
Cathal Dunne was presented with Senior Hurler of the Year, Chloe Sweeney was Camogie Player of the Year and Roise O’Donnell was Players’ Player of the Year on a night to savour for the club. Scroll down for photos…
