FINAL preparations are being made for the fourth Tralee 10 Miler and 5k Road Race which takes place in in just over two weeks..

Michelle Greaney is organising the event in aid of the Kerry Hospice Foundation which will be run from 10.30am on Saturday, February 11. This year it will hold a special significance since her father Michael had spent time at the Palliative Care Unit before he passed away in August.

“The Hospice enhances the person’s quality of life assuring all their care needs are addressed focusing on symptom control, pain and stress.  By signing up for this event, you are supporting the amazing work the Kerry Hospice Foundation do which supports the gold standard specialist Palliative Care Services in Kerry,” said Michelle.
