Seven Kerry Lots To Be Auctioned Next Week

The reserve on this Sneem mansion has dropped by €345,000 from last month’s auction.

THERE are seven Kerry lots for sale at the next BidX1 (formerly Allsop) auction next week.

These include two Tralee properties, nine bungalows in Banna, a site in Ardfert and a mansion in Sneem which went unsold in the last auction and this time sees €345,000 knocked off the guide price.

Bidding for the properties opens on November 9 for residential properties and November 10 for commercial lots.

The mansion in Sneem.

Glashnacree House, Derryquin, Sneem has a reserve range of €1,050,000 – €1,150,000. This is down significantly from the reserve of €1,395,000 – €1,405,000 in the auction last month.

This is a detached, two-storey, six bedroom Victorian Coastal Country House. Together with two guest cottages, 40 ft swimming pool, stables and tennis courts. On a site extending to approximately 8 hectares (20 acres).
