MET Éireann has issued yet another Status Yellow – Snow/Ice warning for Kerry taking effect from this evening.
They say there will be scattered snow showers with some possible accumulations and icy stretches too. The warning is valid from 5.30pm this evening to 9am on Wednesday.
Looking locally, temperatures will fall to around 1ºC in the Tralee area overnight. There is likely to be some snow tonight with rain likely also in the early hours of the morning.

Wednesday morning and early afternoon will be showery with dry weather later. There is more snow possible in the early hours of Thursday morning, but that will clear for a dry but chilly day.
At the moment it looks like temperatures will rise for Friday and the weather should also be dry with some sunny spells.
