STOBART Air will aim to increase passengers on its Kerry-Dublin route by up to 50 percent as it signed a new PSO contract for the flights to and from the capital, which will see the company use a bigger aircraft.
The airline, which has operated the route since 2015, will use a larger ATR72 for the Kerry service, increasing seat numbers by 50 per cent this year on those flights.

The airline provides the Aer Lingus Regional service for the Kerry-Dublin and Dublin-Donegal routes.
The airline has announced it will spend €13.8 million on expanding its fleet after winning the PSO contract in January.
51,000 used the Kerry route last year and Stobart will be hoping to increase this number substantially. The new PSO contract will run until January 2022.
