Tralee And Ballybunion Sites For Sale In Allsop Auction

THREE Kerry sites are coming up for sale at the next Allsop Online Auction on September 13.

A site at Clogherbrien, Tralee, has a reserve range off between €10,000 – €20,000. The parcel of land extends to approximately 0.47 ha (1.16 acres).
The subject property is accessible via the R558 east of Knockanish East and has frontage onto the R588.

Over in Caherweesheen, just outside Tralee, two parcels of land extending to approximately 0.70 ha (1.72 acres) have a reserve range of between €30,000 – €40,000.

It’s described as two irregular shaped parcels of land, to be offered collectively as one lot with frontage on to an unnamed road and the total site area extending to approximately 0.70 ha (1.72 acres).

In Ballybunion, a parcel of land extending to approximately 0.17 hectares (0.42 acres) at Ballyeigh, has a reserve range of between €12,000 – €18,000.

The subject property is located approximately 3km from Ballybunion Village and is accessed off the Sandhill Road. It’s described as a regular shaped parcel of land with access via a lane way. Planning permission was granted in 2006 for the construction of a dwelling house.

Three Kerry Properties Added To Allsop Auction Catalogue

THREE Kerry properties, including a cottage in Banna with a €30,000 reserve, have been added to the catalogue for the next Allsop Auction which takes place in February.

The property in Banna, a bungalow in Moyvane and a dormer-style house in Caherdaniel have been added to the apartment in Tralee,  house in Listowel and land in Cordal which are part of the other 241 properties going to auction at 12 noon on Thursday, February 25 at the RDS in Dublin.

No.80 Sand Dune Cottages, Banna, Ardfert will go to auction with a reserve not to exceed €30,000. It’s a semi detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 94 sq. m (1,011 sq. ft).

A bungalow at Cloonprohus, Moyvane, has a reserve not to exceed €30,000. It’s a derelict three bedroom bungalow extending to approximately 84.85 sq.m (909 sq. ft), situated approximately 8.7km northeast of Listowel.

A detached house at 12 An Ghleantain, Caherdaniel, has a reserve not to €85,000. The four bedroom dormer bungalow extending to approximately 198 sq. m (2,135 sq. ft), subject to a tenancy. The property is located off the N70 in close proximity to the Blind Piper pub.

Apartment 302 The Parklands, Tralee, has a reserve not to exceed €30,000. It’s a fourth floor one bedroom apartment extending to approximately 44 sq. m (474 sq. ft).

This Listowel house will go to auction in February.

Riverlodge The Powerline, Listowel, has a reserve not to exceed  €50,000. It is a detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 135 sq. m (1,463 sq. ft).

Cordal Auction

FOURTEEN Kerry properties will go under the hammer in July at the next Allsop auction.

The 13 residential and one commercial property are spread all over the county and will go to auction in the RDS Dublin on July 8 at – what appears to be – low reserve prices.

The one Tralee property for sale is  72 Rock Street, with a reserve not to exceed €50,000.

It is a mid terraced mixed use investment building extending to approximately 119.15 sq. m (1,282 sq. ft) subject to two tenancies.

Residential properties going to auction include two 2-bedroom Ballybunion  apartments, each with a reserve of €20,000.

Meanwhile, €55,000 is being asked for this semi-detached three bedroom house property in Caher Square, Castlegregory.

Moving east, a semi detached three bedroom in the Old Killarney Village, Aghadoe has a reserve of between €85,000 and €95,000. It’s a two-storey house with a thatched roof.

Tralee Shopping Centre Units Sold At Dublin Auction

Ten units at Tralee Shopping Centre were sold for €205,000 at an auction in Dublin this morning.

AT the second time of asking, units at Tralee Shopping Centre which went unsold at an auction in February, went under the hammer again today and this time a buyer was found.

The ten units with a reserve price of between €125,000-€175,000 were sold at the Allsop Auction in the RDS Dublin for a price of €205,000.

This is a drastic comedown on the Allsop auction in February, when nine units (1, 6, 8, 10, 10a, 12, 14, 20 and 20a) in the same building went unsold at a reserve price of between €475,000-€525,000.

1, 1A, 6-8, 10, 10A–12A, 12-14, 20, 20A, 20B and 20C were collectively offered as one lot.

Another Tralee property was also auctioned off at the Residential Auction on April 21 in the RDS.

51 Fountain Court, Ballinorig, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €40,000 and it was sold for that price.

The property was described as a semi-detached three bedroom house, two storey beneath a pitched roof.

Shopping Centre Units To Go To Auction Again At Drastically Reduced Price

Units at Tralee Shopping Centre will go under the hammer this month.

UNITS at Tralee Shopping Centre which went unsold at an auction in February, will go under the hammer again this month but at a drastically reduced reserve price.

Ten units will go to this month’s Allsop Auction in the RDS Dublin on April 23, with a reserve price of between €125,000-€175,000.

This is a drastic comedown on the Allsop auction in February, when nine units (1, 6, 8, 10, 10a, 12, 14, 20 and 20a) in the same building went unsold at a reserve price of between €475,000-€525,000.

Kerryman/AIB Building On Denny Street Sells For €960,000

THE building which currently accommodates The Kerryman newspaper and AIB offices sold this morning at auction for €960,000. This was €85,000 over the reserve price.

The tenants will not be affected by the sale.

The property had a reserve range between €825,000 to €875,000. It was one of three Tralee properties sold at the Allsop Auction at the RDS Dublin today.

The others sold were The Park Guesthouse on Denny Street for €275,000 (it had a reserve range of between €260,000 and €290,000)  and Unit 1 Collinswood, Monavalley Industrial Estate, which sold for €170,000. This was over the reserve range of between €130,000-€140,000.

There is another auction of properties this Thursday where four more Tralee properties will go under the hammer.
