THREE Kerry properties are part of the next Bidx1 (formerly Allsop) Online Auction to take place next week.

Located in Banna, Killarney and Castlecove, the three properties are part of over 250 lots (residential and commercial) to be sold on February 20/21.

FIVE residential properties in Kerry were sold in the latest online auction from Bidx1 on Wednesday.

There were eight Kerry lots up for bids today and three are still available to be bought. Two more auctions will take place tomorrow and Friday with more Kerry properties for sale.

Today, a house in 21 Deerpark, Manor West, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €75,000 but sold after two bids for €77,000.

It’s a mid-terrace three bedroom house, extending to approximately 105 sq. m (1,130 sq. ft). Vacant possession.

Apartment 306 The Parklands, Tralee,  had a reserve not to exceed €50,000 but sold after 22 bids for €71,000.

This is a third floor two bedroom apartment, extending to approximately 64 sq. m (688 sq. ft). Subject to a tenancy at a current gross rent of €8,400 per annum.

Apartment 303 An Sean Mhuileann, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €55,000 but sold for €73,000 after 19 bids.

Over in Ballyheigue, there were three detached houses — The Cabin, Saint Treasas and Bellmount at Hartys Terrace — being sold as one lot with a reserve not to exceed €110,000. Well it sold for well about that at €152,000 after 39 bids.

The properties range in size from approximately 38 sq. m (409 sq. ft) – 129 sq. m (1,388 sq. ft). There is vacant possession of ‘Bellmount’ and ‘Saint Treasas’. ‘The Cabin’ is subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €4,800 per annum.

Finally, down south, 8 Carraig Eanna, Waterville, had a reserve not to exceed €135,000. It sold for €136,000 after just two bids.

It’s a detached four bedroom house, extending to approximately 133 sq. m (1,431 sq. ft). Vacant possession. It has scenic coastal views. The property is located just off the N70 approximately 2km east of Castlecove town.

THE end of the month will see a number of residential and commercial properties  in Kerry up for bids in the latest online auction from Bidx1.

Among the 13 Kerry lots are two commercial premises, three residential properties and one site in the Tralee area.

A DETACHED five-bedroomed house in Ballyheigue and eight houses near Banna were among four Kerry lots which sold for a total of €594,000 at an online auction on Friday.

Bidx1 (formerly Allsop) held the online auction where a detached five bedroom house at Dirtane, Ballyheigue, with a reserve not to exceed €120,000 eventually sold for €159,000 after 33 bids.

Finally at Clanmaurice , Commons West, Ardfert, there was a site up for auction with a reserve not to exceed €20,000. The irregular shaped parcel of land extending to approximately 0.16 hectares (0.39 acres) was sold for €35,000 after 12 bids.

Out in west Kerry, a detached, two-storey, four bedroom house, is up for sale in Coumaleague, Ventry at a reserve not to exceed €200,000.

Up north, a house in Asdee West has a reserve not to exceed €40,000. It’s a detached four bedroom house, extending to approximately 131 sq. m (1,410 sq. ft). It’s located about 9.5km from Ballybunion and about 16km from Listowel.

A WAREHOUSE unit in Tralee was sold today for the guide price at the latest BidX1 online auction.

Unit 3, Monavalley Industrial Estate,  had a guide price of  €275,000 and after two bids (the initial bid was €265,000) it was sold for that figure.

It’s a detached modern warehouse unit, extending to approximately 610 sq. m (6,566 sq. ft).

The property is arranged over ground floor only to provide a detached warehouse unit.

Meanwhile two Kerry properties, previously offered for sale, will go to the next BidX1 online auction on November 15.

In Tralee 24 Pairc Na Dun, Mounthawk is being offered with a reserve range of €145,000 – €155,000.

 

Heading south, a house at Fermoyle, Emlaghmore, Ballinskelligs, has a reserve range of €130,000 – €140,000.

It’s a detached five bedroom house, extending to approximately 167 sq. m (1,800 sq. ft). On a site extending to approximately 0.6 hectares (1.5 acres).

Two other properties in Kerry — a house in Pairc Na Dún, Tralee and a house in Ballinskelligs — failed to attract any bids to meet their reserve.
