FIVE residential properties in Kerry were sold in the latest online auction from Bidx1 on Wednesday.
There were eight Kerry lots up for bids today and three are still available to be bought. Two more auctions will take place tomorrow and Friday with more Kerry properties for sale.
Today, a house in 21 Deerpark, Manor West, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €75,000 but sold after two bids for €77,000.

Over in Ballyheigue, there were three detached houses — The Cabin, Saint Treasas and Bellmount at Hartys Terrace — being sold as one lot with a reserve not to exceed €110,000. Well it sold for well about that at €152,000 after 39 bids.

THE end of the month will see a number of residential and commercial properties in Kerry up for bids in the latest online auction from Bidx1.

A WAREHOUSE unit in Tralee was sold today for the guide price at the latest BidX1 online auction.
Unit 3, Monavalley Industrial Estate, had a guide price of €275,000 and after two bids (the initial bid was €265,000) it was sold for that figure.
It’s a detached modern warehouse unit, extending to approximately 610 sq. m (6,566 sq. ft).
