Three Kerry Lots For Sale At Next Allsop Auction

THREE Kerry properties will go under the hammer at the next Allsop Auction in February.

An apartment in Tralee, a house in Listowel and land in Cordal are the Kerry lots month the other 198 properties going to auction at 12 noon on Thursday, February 25 at the RDS in Dublin.

Tralee Auction
An apartment in Parklands Tralee is to go under the hammer in February.

Apartment 302 The Parklands, Tralee, has a reserve not to exceed €30,000. It’s a fourth floor one bedroom apartment extending to approximately 44 sq. m (474 sq. ft).

Listowel Auction
This Listowel house will go to auction in February.

Riverlodge The Powerline, Listowel, has a reserve not to exceed  €50,000. It is a detached three bedroom house extending to approximately 135 sq. m (1,463 sq. ft).

Cordal Auction
