TWO Tralee properties went under the hammer at the Allsop Auction in Dublin today.
Three Kerry properties in all went to auction at the RDS in Ballsbridge – a lock-up unit in Tralee, a property at Railway Terrace and a detached house near Farranfore.
A seven bedroom property, 1248 and 1249 Railway Terrace, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €75,000 and that’s exactly what it sold for. It was described as having “great scope for renovation and modernisation”. The property extends to circa 140 sq. m (1,506 sq).

The Lock-Up Unit at Walpole Lane, Tralee, had a reserve not to exceed €35,000 and it sold for that price. The lock up/garage premises extends to approximately 279 sq. m (3,000 sq. ft). The property is located on the eastern side of Walpole Lane close the junction with Upper Castle Street.
Over in Scart Cross, Farranfore, the detached four bedroom house had a reserve not to exceed €40,000 and sold for well above the reserve at €60,000. The property extends to approximately 104 sq. m (1,119 sq. ft) and is 4km from Farranfore.
