A TRALEE service station property was sold at a Dublin auction on Thursday for €490,000, making €90,000 over the reserve.
The Monavalley property is at present let to Doon (Mayfly) Limited, and had a reserve of between €350,000 to €400,000 at the Allsop Auction where it was sold at the RDS on Thursday.

Meanwhile a one-bed apartment at Parklands in Tralee was withdrawn from the auction, as were three other Kerry properties Riverlodge, The Powerline, Listowel, 4 Capparoe Cottages, Kenmare and 5 Sand Dune Cottages, Banna.
A detached three bed house at Glencuttane, Beaufort, was sold for €110,000, which was €40,000 above its reserve of €70,000.
