In the past, people from villages and smaller towns of Kerry moved to Tralee. Today, I know so many Tralee people moving to the villages and smaller towns of Kerry!
Kerry County Council would want to do something about the housing crisis and build social housing for the Tralee people to live in their own town!
Tralee needs to build hundreds of social housing not just 4 for the exorbitant cost of 700,000 euro!
Surely, Kerry County Council are aware that the more housing units built – the cheaper the cost of the individual housing units. This is the only way the Irish tax payer can get value for money and help build a more prosperous and stable society for towns like Tralee.
