HE’S putting on the moves again.

The ‘dancing priest’ from Kerry, Neil Horan, was doing his thing out in Brussels on Wednesday, this time for two prominent world leaders.

Having previously caused a stir at the British Grand Prix in 2003 and infamously interrupting the men’s marathon at the Athens Olympics the following year, Neil has been quiet of late.

However, Francis Fitzgibbon from Tralee, who works out in the European Parliament captured this video (below) of the 68 year old Scartaglin man dancing in protest at German Prime Minister Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande’s visit to the European Parliament.
