OVER 300 people went to the Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Friday night for a fantastic night of entertainment, to raise funds for Castlegregory Golf and Fishing Club.
Nine couples, made up of members of the club and from Tralee Musical Society, took to the dance floor and wowed judges and audiences alike with their great performances, thanks to the expert dance teachings of Jackie O’Mahony.
MCs John Drummey and Geraldine Flynn did an exemplary job, while the judges – Orlagh Winters, Deputy Arthur J Spring, Fergus Moroney and Miriam Mulhall Nolan – had a tough task to pick the outstanding act.
The public also had their say as they voted for their favourite couple and in the end Anne Kerins and Tom Ferriter were deemed the worthy overall winners, while Recovery Haven also benefitted from the night.
