THE Rose Hotel was the venue on Saturday night for a the Men’s and Lady’s Captains Dinner.
Lady Captain Catherine McCarthy and Men’s Captain Hugh O’Farrell welcomed over 160 guests for the dinner which was attended by members of all ages.
It was a perfect occasion for a large gathering of members at a social event, especially after COVID prevented such opportunities over the past couple of years. Scroll down for photos…

‘STRICTLY’ nights came back with a bang as over 550 people attended a fundraiser in the Ballyroe Heights Hotel on Saturday night.
Ballyheigue GAA Club’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ was an overwhelming success and saw 10 couples put on a great show for the huge crowd.
Choreographer Joe Burkett put the contestants through their paces over the past few months and it really paid off as they performed a range of dance with an 80s theme to the night.

The judges — Danny Leane, Carmel Russell, Maurice Leahy and Rosie Healy — had a tough job in selecting a winner, but eventually went for Cormac Slattery and Catriona Dowling.
