Back in the 90s, IT Tralee were crowned champions of the O’Connor cup on two occasions, bagging a double in 1998 and 1999 around the same time as the men’s team from the college were excelling in the Sigerson.

This year the ITT is delighted to open its doors to 12 teams from the length and breadth of the country and hope to make the tournament one to remember.

The competition began in 1987 and is the female equivalent of the Sigerson Cup. The weekend also incorporates two other ladies gaelic football competitions – the Giles Cup and the Lynch Cup.
