GARDAI in Tralee are asking the public to contact them if they have any information in relation to a number of thefts in the past week.
Between 5.30pm on Saturday, August 10 and 8am on Sunday, August 11, a burglary occurred at the bog road at Caherbreagh, just outside Tralee.
A shed was broken into and ransacked on a property with a large quantity of copper taken. Gardai are looking for anyone who might have seen anything suspicious to contact them. They say the culprits would have needed a van to move the copper.

In Kielduff, between 9am on Monday, August 5 and 8pm on Wednesday, August 7, a number of copper cylinders were taken from the side of a house, located off the main road.
Meanwhile, in Casements Avenue, between 6pm on Tuesday, August 6 and 10am on Thursday, August 8, two transformers were taken from the back of a house. Gardai are asking if anyone noticed something out of the ordinary in the area to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
