BREDA O’Dwyer from CEED IT Tralee will host a conversation with Tracy Keogh from Grow Remote for the second Friday Breakfast Club discussion at Bank of Ireland in Castle Street, Tralee on Friday, November 1 at 8am.
Tracy is co-founder of Grow Remote, a volunteer organisation making remote work local in order to help sustain our communities.
The organisation grew into five countries and 90 local communities in nine months. She is a global facilitator with Techstars Start-up Weekend tapping into start-up ecosystems across Europe.
Previously, Tracy was an early employee in two technology start-ups, Ex Ordo and Desposify, looking after everything from finance to pitches and tech support.
Tracy will share how Grow Remote started, how it has grown nationally and internationally and most importantly how Kerry businesses can utilise remote workers based in the regions to broaden the talent pool they have available to them.
