MOYDERWELL primary school was a hive of activity on Wednesday morning with pupils, teachers and parents helping out for the school’s annual Christmas craft fair.
The craft fair, where children sell the items they made themselves, is a fundraiser with all proceeds going to the school.

“The day brings a lot of colour to the school and gets people ready for the festive season,” said Moira Quinlan, school principal.
As well as the arts and crafts, a cafe was set up selling teas, coffees and hot chocolate – which was the favourite of the day – plus homemade cakes and buns that the children and parents brought in.
