THE girls from the Castleisland Presentation Secondary school Class of 95 are preparing to hold its reunion and the call has gone out to former classmates who might want to attend.

As it will the 20th anniversary of the girls’ graduation this year, the reunion is set to be a very special occasion for all that attend, with organisers anxious to get in contact with those who may not yet have heard about the plans.
It will be held in the River Island Hotel in Castleisland on November 7 and is open to anyone who started in the school back in 1990 and who would have finished in 1995.
Organisers have already gotten in touch with several past pupils via Facebook, but there are still others whom they have yet been unable to contact.
They are hoping that the word of mouth might spread and are urging locals and families of former students to spread the word and help make the reunion as successful as possible.
Tickets are available now and are currently set at €20, which will cover food and entertainment, and organisers are asking that those who plan to attend to get in touch immediately so that they can confirm numbers with the hotel.
