STUDENTS from Presentation Secondary School Castleisland present Enable Ireland Kerry Services with a cheque for €270 on Friday.

The money was raised by students who took part in a No Phone Survival Challenge.

That’s right – no phones, no calls, no texts, no snaps, no posts, no likes, no selfies – for an entire day.

Sean from Enable Ireland said; “A number of schools in Kerry took part in the event and we are delighted with the response we have had from schools in Kerry.”

“Mobile phones are an essential part of our lives and I’d like to congratulate all the students who took part in the event and supporting our services in Kerry,” he added.
