U6/8/10/Girls Training as usual in Healy Park on Saturday next at 11am. It will be the last Saturday training session before the Summer break. The Kerins O’Rahillys Summer Camp will take place on the week of the 11th to 15th of August.
U10s U10s held a skills competition on Saturday last. This was what will be the first of many. Eric Mc Mahon was the overall winner with Jack Savage coming second and Ben O’Brien and Seán Healy coming joint third. Well done to all.
U8/10 Girls U8/10 Girls played a very competitive challenge game against Abbeydorney on Tuesday evening last in Healy Park. All the girls played very well and are as always a credit to their mentors and families.
U12s U12 Team played Beaufort on Friday last the 27th at 7pm in Healy Park Ballyrickard. It was their last game in the league. Well done to all the team for their commitment and to their mentors for theirs in training them throughout the year.
U16s U16 Co League second round was played against Austin Stacks in Strand Road on Wednesday last. Kerins O’Rahillys were stronger on the night and went in a goal up at half time with the score Kerins O’Rahillys 2-06 Austin Stacks 1-06. Kerins O’Rahillys came out firm winners with the full time score 4-13 to Austin Stacks 2-10.

Senior Football
U21s Kerins O’Rahillys play St Brendan’s in Ardfert on Wednesday July 2nd at 7.30 in the U21 Football Championship.
Coiste Thrá Lí Junior League Kerins O’Rahillys play Ballymac at 7.30 on Friday the 4th in Strand Road in the first round. The second round is down for Monday the 7th with a game at home at 7.30 in Strand Rd to Austin Stacks.

This fixture is subject to change so keep an eye on Facebook and Twitter for updates.

Mouth-Guards: As you may be aware it will be compulsory for all players senior right down to juvenile to wear mouth-guards at training sessions and when playing games.

This comes into effect for seniors from 1st January 2014 and has been in effect for all others since last January. If players fail to wear mouth guards they will not be permitted to participate in football training or matches. No mouthguard No game! Club Membership
Senior Committee will be in contact with you shortly about your 2014 membership. We will be asking that you consider putting your membership on direct debit to help cut down on administration. Please contact any committee member for details.

Ladies Football
U14/U16 U14 and U16 Ladies train every Tuesday at 6.15 in Ballyrickard.
U12 Girls U12 girls train this week and have to play remaining games in North Kerry League. They will be notified by text.

Birthday Wishes

Birthday wishes this week go to Jaden Lynch U6s, Cora Meehan U6s, Nick Lacy U6s, Brendan Meehan U8s, Aoife Doody U12s and Siobhan Griffin U12s.

Lotto
The Lotto takes place in Charlie’s Bar every Monday. The Lotto results for Monday the 23rd of June were 7, 9, 12 and 26. There was no jackpot winner; the next jackpot will be €5,700. There were 3 match 3 winners.

They were Joseph O’Brien DD, Pat Griffin DD and Danny Walsh c/o Eileen. Five entrants for December draw were Betty Horgan, Tommy Nolan Knockmoyle, Kelly Hayes c/o James Hayes, Wayne Guthrie c/o Ann and Tracey Hurley c/o Fred. To play the Kerins O’Rahillys Lotto, four numbers are selected from 1 to 28. If anybody matches the four numbers selected on the night he/she wins the Jackpot. Match three numbers to win €25. Tickets cost €2 each. The Kerins O’Rahillys Lotto can also be played online at www.korgaa.com
Lotto Sellers The club needs lotto ticket sellers. It can be worth your while. If you are interested contact any member of the Senior Committee.

Charlie’s Bar
Club Lotto on takes place in the bar every Monday night with a special in house raffle if you are present so why not pop along. Why not treat yourself to lunch in Charlie’s. There’s something to please everyone.

Weightwatchers takes place in the Healy Room every Thursday and have now changed to “winter” times. Classes now take place at 9.30am, 12.30 and 5.30pm. The Active Retired Coffee Morning Group meets every Tuesday morning in Charlie’s. Come along and keep in touch with old friends and make new friends. All welcome.

“Dance for Fun” has finished for the summer but will make a return in the autumn. Keep an eye on the notes for dates and times. We have many different size function rooms and cater to all types of function. We also have Barbecue facilities so with beautiful summer weather why not consider having a barbecue at Charlies.
