Aidan O’Mahony’s ‘Unbroken’ Nominated For An Post Sports Book Of The Year

AIDAN O’Mahony’s new book has been shortlisted in the An Post Irish Book Awards 2021, it was announced this afternoon.

The former Kerry GAA star is shortlisted in the  Sports Book Of The Year category for ‘Unbroken: A Story of Mental Strength, Physical Fitness and the Power of Adversity’ (co-written with Michael Moynihan of the Irish Examiner).

Also, Woulfe’s Bookshop in Listowel is nominated in the Bookshop of the Year category.

The awards ceremony will be held in Dublin’s Convention Centre on November 23rd. The event will also be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend.

If you want to support Aidan, the public can cast their votes online for the best books of the year at www.anpostirishbookawards.ie by 5pm on November 15th.
