The house previously went to auction at The Imperial Hotel back in March 2016 and a bid of €340,000 was accepted. However, the sale subsequently didn’t come to pass.

The property has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms and covers 4,000 square feet on a 2.05 acre site. The sale also includes a two story coach-house which is on the property.

The main house was built around 1800 with evidence that previous dwellings were at this location, it was built by the Collis family and then passed the McCowans, it has passed through a number of owners since then.
