THE building that houses Tesco and eight other businesses in the town centre has been sold to a Kerry businessman for in excess of €10m.
The Central Plaza building is the biggest retail property to be sold in the town centre in years.
The 43,000 square foot building is also home to well-known chain stores Pamela Scott, Vera Moda, Jack & Jones, Holland And Barrett, Michael Guiney’s, DV8, Mountain Warehouse and more.
The description of the property revealed it has an annual passing rent of approximately €798,000 per annum. Tenants unaffected by the sale.
