IT’S only six weeks away and excitement is already building for the annual CH Tralee Christmas parade.

It’s an event which is seen as the official start of the Christmas in the town and hundreds line the route where Santa and Mrs Claus, along with many familiar characters, arrive on floats to The Mall.

There’ll be balloons, music and much more from 2pm on Saturday, November 24, with Rose of Tralee, Kirsten Mate Maher also taking part in the fun.

Then Santa arrives at CH Chemists where he’ll be in residence at Santaland until Christmas Eve. Experience the wonders of Santaland and help Alice on her way through the enchanted forest.

Find the clues that will lead through this magical journey all the way to Santas log cabin. This seasonal fantasy is a must for children of all ages this Christmas. An opportunity for that special photo with the man himself “Santa” and of course, a gift for all the good children. Better hurry though, because places are filling up fast so click here to see what dates are available.

Also that evening at 5pm will see the turning on of the Christmas lights in the Square and the Rose of Tralee will be on hand to light up the town with Mayor of Tralee, Cllr Graham Spring.

It’s a wonderful event so mark Saturday, November 24 in the diary and bring the family for a real festive atmosphere in Tralee thanks to the folks at CH.
