New Mayor of Tralee Terry O’Brien.
A NEW Mayor of Tralee was elected at the meeting of Tralee Municipal District of Kerry County Council this morning.
Labour Cllr Terry O’Brien took over the reins from Fianna Fáil Cllr Johnnie Wall who held the role since June 2023. It is Cllr O’Brien’s sixth term as Mayor of Tralee since he was first elected to the Council in 2004.
Cllr Wall was nominated as Deputy Mayor for the coming months, until his retirement after the local elections expected to be held in the early summer.
