COSTA Coffee has received the go-ahead for a new outlet in Manor West Retail Park.
The applicant, Bryant Park, had been refused planning by Kerry County Council back in May because the location — next to Carpet Right at the entrance to the park — was zoned for retail warehousing in the Tralee Development Plan and that the proposed development does not include for the provision of car parking to serve the proposed café.

The company then appealed to An Bord Pleanála and the planning body has overturned the decision giving the company the green light for development.
The proposed development provides for the following the construction of a single storey building with a floor area of 203 sq. metres for use as a café.
The café will be used for the sale of hot and cold food and beverages for consumption on / off the premises. There will be external seating, signage and free standing totem sign. Full details of the planning decision can be read by clicking here
