A BOOK of Condolence for the late Anthony Foley will be opened by Kerry County Council from 12 noon today, Monday.
All seven local authorities in Munster have agreed to do so from noon today. The Munster rugby coach died on Saturday night at the team hotel in Paris on the eve of their game against Racing 92.
The Irish flag will also be flown at half mast outside the local authority offices.
The book will be available for signing by members of the public at the reception of County Buildings in Rathass for the coming days during office hours.
