The Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí U19 and U16 teams at the school on Wednesday.
THE celebrations continued at Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí on Wednesday as the school welcomed back the All-Ireland U19 B Schools League champions and U16 B Schools League final runners up.
The U19 final was won well by Gaelcholáiste Chiarraí yesterday at the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght, as they beat St. Louis CS Kiltimagh by 63-40.
There were commiserations though for the U16 team who lost by a to IS Killorglin by just one point, 41-40.

The teams’ coach Sinéad Ní Chathasaigh acknowledged the great effort put in by all the girls throughout the past number of years and said that the senior team’s victory was just reward for this work.
She encouraged the disappointed members of the U-16 team to continue with their efforts and that she is in no doubt that they will have better days in years to come.
On behalf of all the squad members Paris McCarthy the captain of the senior team thanked their coach Sinéad Ní Chathasaigh for all her work over the past few years and she thanked all the students who travelled to Dublin yesterday to support the teams.
Paris, who is heading to East Tennessee State University on a 4 year scholarship after she completes her Leaving Certificate, said it was a great honour to captain such a fantastic group of young women and the memories which they all have from this year will live long in their minds.
