GARDAI in Tralee are asking the public for assistance in relation to investigations into separate theft, criminal damage and alleged assault incidents recently in town.
On Saturday evening at about 6.30pm a male in The Square was approached by a number of people, not known to him.
One of them is alleged to have punched the male. He suffered minor injuries. If anyone witnessed the incident they are asked to contact Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.

Between Saturday, November 19 and Monday, November 21, there was a sum of money taken from a vehicle in the Oakview area.
The owner only realised the money was taken when they went looking for something else in the vehicle. There was no sign of a break-in to the vehicle so it may have been unlocked at the time.
In a separate incident on Friday morning, November 24, a vehicle at a car park on Edward Street was discovered to have been broken into via a smashed window. A number of tools were taken.
