GARDAI are investigating an incident in Tralee last week where a wheelchair user is alleged to have been assaulted.
On Thursday, May 6, at approximately 4.25pm, a wheelchair user was on Castle Street near Walpole Lane when he was confronted by three males.
It’s alleged one of the males spun the wheelchair around, another spat in his face and he was verbally abused.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses or information about the incident. Call Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300.
