GARDAI are appealing to the public for any information about two burglaries which took place within around an hour each other in the early hours of Monday morning.

At about 1.30am, a premises was broken into in Fenit and a sum of cash taken. Then later in Abbeydorney another premises was hit around 2.30am with cash taken in the robbery.

Gardaí believe a red Opel Astra may have been involved in these burglaries. They are asking anyone who saw anything, especially on country roads between the two villages, to contact them at Tralee Garda Station on 066-7102300 if they have any information.
