Gardaí Investigate Burglary, Theft And Criminal Damage Incidents In Tralee

GARDAI in Tralee are appealing for information in relation to incidents of crime in the Tralee area over the past week.

On Tuesday, April 16 between 5.30am and 5.45am, a blue Landrover jeep was parked for a short period at Market Place Tralee.

The vehicle was unlocked and when the owner returned they discovered a white iPhone, a Sony camera, a brown leather wallet containing a quantity of cash were missing.

Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to the incident or reports of suspicious activity in the Market Place area around that time in the morning.

On the following day, Wednesday, April 17, between 12.30pm and 5.30pm, a vacant house at Manor West was entered via the rear bathroom window which was smashed.  While nothing appears to have been taken, items were out of place.

On Friday, April 19 at 3am, two males caused criminal damage to the windows of a house at New Marian Park. The males used stones to damage the front door, hallway window, and sitting room window. The suspects were wearing dark clothing.
