The Good Friday Pageant will take place at St John’s Church.
MEMBERS of the St John the Baptist Liturgy Drama Group will once again be performing their dramatic presentation of the Good Friday Story, as part of the traditional Good Friday Ceremony, at 3pm in the Parish Church, Castle Street, Tralee.
Over 40 parishioners of various ages, from under 8 to over 80, will be involved. The ‘performance’ will be supported by up to 30 members of the Parish Choir under the direction of Michael O’Shea.
The presentation, which has been performed in St John’s since 2002 and is now in its 22nd year, was scripted, initiated and inspired by Fr Pat Ahern.
