THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that there were 24 property sales in the Tralee area in March with transactions fetching a total of €4,286,000.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in March was for a house in Clogherbrien for €345,000.
The properties which fetched the highest price in the county in March was for houses in Faha Killarney and Laharn, Killorglin, both for €525,000.
