THE most up to date statistics from the Residential Property Price Register shows that May saw 30 property sales in the Tralee area in transactions fetching a total of €7,399,613.
The property that sold for the most money in one transaction in the Tralee environs in May was for Parknadoon House at Fairies Cross for €920,000.
The most paid in the county in one transaction was for Numbers 13-22 Lawlor’s Hill, Ardfert which sold for €2,173,000.
