U13 Championship Shield Final

We played Dr Crokes last Wednesday night in Killarney in the Shield Final. We had a very young team on the night and our girls put in a great performance despite being short a few regulars and despite our best efforts Dr Crokes proved too strong for us.

SUNDAY MORNING CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
Juvenile training for 2016 continues on Sunday next in John Mitchels Centre of Excellence, Camp, Ballyseedy.

U10s

We hosted Firies last Sunday and played two games. Darragh, Cillian, Luke and Mark worked hard in the first game and kept the great effort going in the second game.

Jack, Dathi, Robert and Ben started a bit slowly but by the end were playing tremendous football. Conor Jaden, Nedal, Ben and Robert worked hard and tackled well making life very difficult for the opposition.

Joseph, Will, Sam, Ben and William put together some great passages of play and showed that training has really improved their skill levels. Well done to the rest of the lads and every game we will get better. We have a game next Sunday against Na Gael so watch out for the text and tell the rest of the lads about it.

U6 BOYS AND GIRLS

Training continues every Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

U8 BOYS

Well despite it being very windy on Sunday morning last the rain held off for our challenge games against Firies. Great to see such a good turn out with over 30 kids on each side. Both games were very tough and there was some great scoring from both sides. Our thanks to fires for coming in to us and we look forward to the return visit.

U-8 & U-10 LADIES

Training continues every Sunday 10.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
