Seniors:

No game this weekend past but we are back in action next Saturday 4th March when we visit Blennerville to play the locals in Tralee/St Brendans town league – throw-in is @ 3 pm.

Kerry dug deep on Sat night last when defeating Armagh by the minimum margin, 0-12 to 0-11 in a tough uncompromising contest in Austin Stack Park – it gives the hosts a valuable two points in the league before their encounter in Omagh next weekend.

Victory Social

Our fantastic Committee have been working hard over the last number of months organizing the Victory Social taking place this Saturday 4th March in Ballyroe Heights Hotel.

The night promises to be one to remember kicking off at 6.15pm with drinks reception and dinner at 7.15pm sharp. It promises to be a great night with the fantastic Brightside Band and DJ Manus to dance the night away.

Rock St Club Lotto Competition:

We are in competition with 2 other clubs to have the exclusive rights to sell our tickets in Rock St PO for the next 3 years.

The past 3 years has seen this outlet as a very important contributor to our weekly lotto sales and it would be great to continue this partnership with Martin and Marie Williams – to this end, we would ask all our supporters to carry out any transactions you may have in Rock St and place your token in the KO’R bucket – there is one month to go as competition ends on 31st March.

ClubZap:

The launch of our very own app and website took place at the Executive’s monthly meeting last Thursday night.

The app is simple in use and includes all the latest results, fixtures and news on the club’s activities – it’s free to download, and following a few simple registration steps you are good to go – more on this as the year progresses. Click here for quick access.

Great to see everyone there and again we welcomed new members who are always welcome to our club. Our coaches ensured each child enjoyed their session learning the key skills but also making sure they were having fun and this was evident from the laughter that could be heard throughout the halls in the MTU.

Thanks to our committee, coaches and especially our parents and children for ensuring the indoor sessions went so well over the last number of weeks. Thank you as well to the MTU.

A sporting game with some excellent passages of play by both teams. Thanks  to Annascaul for the game and to Frank Mcloughlin for reffing. Many thanks also to our supporters who turned up to watch this amazing group of girls.
