A YELLOW Status Rainfall Warning has been issued for Kerry and Cork.
Rain will turn heavy later tonight and will continue through Thursday with 30 to 50 mm of rain likely over west Cork and over south and west Kerry. Some larger totals are possible on the mountains.
The warning is valid from Thursday, January 26 at 06:00 to Friday, January 27 at 06:00. Earlier, a Status Yellow wind warning was issued for Kerry and other coastal counties until 3pm tomorrow.
