The fortnightly club lotto draw took place on Monday, January 23rd at the club grounds. There was no jackpot or match 3 winner on this occasion. The numbers drawn were 12,26, 30 and the bonus ball was 2.

Lucky Dip winners were as follows:

Our next club lotto draw is scheduled to take place on Monday, February 6th 2023 at 19:30pm in the Clubhouse where the jackpot will be €13,000. Get your draw tickets or renew your yearly tickets online on Clubforce or get your tickets for the next draw from all the usual local outlets. New Senior Manager: Welcome
All involved in Milltown/Castlemaine GAA would like to welcome Tralee man Mark Bourke to the club. Mark will take over the reins of our Senior football side for the 2023 season as we make our return to Division 1 of the Credit Union County Senior Football League for the first time in a few years.

Our Seniors will also compete in the Mid Kerry League, Mid Kerry Championship and the Kerry Petroleum Intermediate Club Football Championship so plenty to look forward to over the coming months. We wish Mark and his management team the very best of luck and look forward to getting behind the side and showing our support for the season ahead.

Mid Kerry Senior Football League: 2023 Fixtures Announced
Milltown/Castlemaine will begin their 2023 season in two weeks time as fixture details have been confirmed for the Mid Kerry Senior Football League. The team have been drawn alongside Laune Rangers ‘B’, Cromane and Glenbeigh/Glencar and the schedule is as follows:
Round 1, Sunday 12th February at 2:00pm – Milltown/Castlemaine vs Laune Rangers ‘B’ (Home)
Round 2, Sunday 19th February at 2:00pm – Milltown/Castlemaine vs Cromane (Away)
Round 3, Sunday 26th February at 2:00pm – Milltown/Castlemaine vs Glenbeigh/Glencar (Away)

Milltown Castlemaine GAA Clothes Recycling Collection:

Our clothing recycling collection is now happening so we urge you to clean out your wardrobes of all unwanted clothes, sheets, blankets, towels, curtains, shoes etc and drop them to the Paddy Burke Memorial Park in Milltown.
This is a wonderful way of doing your bit for the environment and raising much needed funds for our club at the same time.

Kerry GAA Coaching & Games: Spring Workshop Programme
Kerry GAA Coaching and Games are running a series of Age Specific Practical Coaching workshops for Coaches over the coming weeks. The workshops are divided into three separate age cohorts and the sessions will focus on age specific development activities and games. The workshops will also focus on planning and the layout of sessions for each of the age groups.
The workshops will be regionally based with sessions in Tralee, Killarney and Milltown.  Further information in relation to dates and venues is available at the following link:

Mid-Kerry GAA Coaching Workshops
Mid-Kerry GAA, via GPO P.J. Reidy are hosting workshops for Club Coaches in the Mid-Kerry region at the moment.
The workshops will run for a number of Wednesday’s and anyone interested can go no matter what level they coach at.
