Milltown/Castlemaine GAA Night at the Dogs Fundraiser – Overview
Milltown/Castlemaine GAA Club held our Family Fun Night at the Dogs on Saturday, September 16th at The Kingdom Greyhound Stadium in Tralee.
It was a wonderful occasion with many of our club and community members in attendance.

The evening stayed dry thankfully and the children were kept entertained with a bouncy castle and face-painting to add to the excitement of the races. The aim of the fundraiser was to maintain the superb standard of facilities that currently exists at the Paddy Burke Memorial Park in Milltown whilst striving to develop them further moving forward.

A full race card kept all in attendance on the edge of their seats throughout the evening with the first race taking place at 7:45pm and concluding shortly after 10:00pm. There was also a raffle with some lovely spot prizes on offer to add to the buzz and atmosphere. Milltown/Castlemaine GAA would particularly like to thank all those who purchased tickets for the evening, sponsored races/advertisements in the race programme, donated spot prizes, purchased raffle tickets and of course to our hosts at The Kingdom Greyhound Stadium who left no stone unturned in providing a great evening for all the family.

Well done also to the race committee behind the fundraiser who put in a huge effort and ensured that it ran seamlessly.

We hope all our members enjoyed the evening and thank you as always for your unwavering support which is massively appreciated. Finally just a note of congratulations to the race winners at the track on the evening.
