TRALEE gardaí were full of festive cheer on Thursday afternoon as they entertained shoppers in town during their Christmas charity collection.
An established annual tradition, there were a host of guest singers on The Mall belting out Christmas classics, while members of the force held donation buckets in aid of The Little Blue Heroes charity.
Even Santa Claus showed up to help and while the weather wasn’t kind, the people of Tralee were and a lot of money was raised for the The Little Blue Heroes Foundation.
Set up by Gardaí, the Foundation’s vision is to support families of children with serious illnesses in Ireland while empowering the lives of children through positive community engagement.
