Race Night 2022: Date for your Diary. On the 11th of November Na Gaeil will host their annual Race Night in the clubhouse and will also broadcast live on Facebook. We welcome back the Tote which always adds an extra element of fun and excitement to the night.

This year will also include an Auction for a signed Kerry Jersey. Highlight of the night will be the “The Na Gaeil Gold Cup” with a top prize of €1,000 to the winner.

The Race Night Committee members are actively co-ordinating this year’s event and will be appealing to all club members to give their support in raising vital funds for our club. You can purchase a horse from any member of the Executive or in the bar. The cost is €50.

Lotto results: Lotto Tue 18th October. No Winner. Numbers drawn were 4, 19, 24, 30. Lucky dip winners of €20 were Terry McEneaney, Joseph Field, Pat Fitzgerald, Phil & Alan Casey, Liz Heaphy. Mass: A mass for deceased members of Na Gaeil club will be held in the clubhouse on Tuesday 8th November at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome.

PwC football All-Stars: Best wishes to Jack Barry next Friday night in Dublins Convention Centre where the 2022 football All-Star team will be revealed. Jack has made history by being Na Gaeil’s first ever All-Star nominee.

Scór na nÓg: We’ll be rolling along with Scór na nÓg soon. Its for children ranging in age from 4th class to under 17 who may be interested in drama, story-telling, recitation, traditional music or singing. If anyone is interested in this please get in touch with Margaret at 086-0855008

Pop-Up Gaeltacht: Conradh na Gaeilge really enjoyed the welcome given to their Pop-Up Gaeltacht last Thursday evening and are coming back on 10th November.

Trad Session: Well done to u17 player Seán Warr for organising last Wednesday night’s “Timpeall an Teallaigh” trad session. A great evening had by all and they’ll all be back on Thursday 10th November. All musicians are welcome to come along and join in!!!

U13 Boys: Na Gaeil v John Mitchels in the Town Board/St Brendans Board final has to be re-fixed. It may go ahead next weekend.

15 Boys: Our Town Board/St Brendans Board semi-final versus St. Pats/Kerins O’Rahillys has to be re-fixed so it may go ahead next weekend.

Halloween Party: The club will be hosting a Halloween Party on Sunday, October 30th for kids and grown-ups. It all kicks off at 8pm. There will be prizes for the best costumes plus loads more including a disco, food, a raffle.

Girls Awards Night: Plans are afoot to have the awards night for the juvenile ladies on Sunday 6th November.

Bingo: Every Monday evening in Na Gaeil clubhouse at 8pm sharp. Over €1,000 in cash prizes guaranteed every week, with an accumulator jackpot in play each week. Double book €10, Single book €6, Mini book €3. Jackpot Sheets €2 each. Bus service available on 087-2817577.

Quiz: Our next monthly quiz will be held in the clubhouse on Thursday 3rd November. €20 for a table of four. Everyone welcome.

Na Gaeil cycle club: Cycle each Saturday at 9am from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.

Cards: The weekly 45 card game is back. Every Wednesday night, starting at 9pm sharp. Bring your own partner or come along and we will get you a partner.
