Indoor Training 2023: Next Sunday the 22nd January our under 5s, under 7s and under 9s start the 2023 season with training in MTU from 11am to 12pm. New players are always welcome. Review of our U16/U17 and U18 girls 2022 season: The U16 girls had a tough start to the Div 3 County League with defeat by a point to Castlegregory/Annascual, followed by another loss against Kilcummin but in both games there were signs of improvement. We won our next 2 games and scraped into the semi-final v Churchill which we won in extra time.
We played Kilcummin in the final and we enjoyed an emphatic win. We carried on with winning the North Kerry Div 3 League and finished joint top in the Tralee Town League as well.
Our U17 Girls played a very exciting and tight game against Ballyduff in the Championship semi-final. The game went to 2 rounds of extra time but unfortunately we lost by 1 point in the end. The U18 girls had only a few games to play as there is very little competition for this age group but they performed well in those games. We lost in the Div 2 County League semi-final.
Na Gaeil cycle club: Cycle each Saturday at 9am from Na Gaeil club. Everyone is welcome to come for a nice friendly cycle.
Cards: The weekly 45 card game is back. Every Wednesday night, starting at 9pm sharp. Bring your own partner or come along and we will get you a partner.
