A TRALEE woman was delighted to hand over a cheque for €2,376 to the Kerry Hospice Foundation last Friday.
Audrey Moran and her friend Eileen Whelan organised a music and fashion on The Mall in early October in aid of the Palliative Care Unit.
Audrey sadly lost her husband Seán recently and she wanted to give something back after the wonderful care he received in the Palliative Care Unit.

It was a very well supported event with music from Ger Holland and a fashion show taking place just outside the shop on the Mall. Even Cllr Sam Locke and Deputy Michael Healy Rae took part, modelling clothes.
Bridie O’Connor and Maura Sullivan from Kerry Hospice came to Paco on Friday to collect the cheque and thanked Audrey and Eileen for their efforts.
