A FOUR-BEDROOMED bungalow near Abbeydorney, didn’t receive any bids at an auction in Dublin today.
It was one of seven Kerry properties to go under the hammer at the December Allsop Auction at the RDS.
Abbeygale House, Ballysheen, Abbeydorney, a detached four bedroom bungalow, had a reserve not to exceed €35,000 but it remained unsold without a solitary bid.
Some of the other Kerry properties did sell though.
A house in Sheen Woods, Kenmare (below) had a reserve of €125,000 but eventually sold for €167,500.

Back in north Kerry, a two-storey detached three bedroom house at Caherulla, Ballyheigue (below), had a reserve not to exceed €40,000, but sold for €55,000.
Moving further north a detached three bedroom bungalow at Gortdromasillihy, Moyvane (below), sold for €35,000, just over its reserve of €30,000.
Heading to the south of the county, 4 Capparoe Cottages, Kenmare (below), a semi detached two bedroom house, had a reserve not to exceed €35,000, eventually sold for well above it at €48,000.
No photo for this one, but a house and land at Ardtully, approximately 8km north east of Kenmare, had a reserve not to exceed €25,000. However, the detached derelict cottage situated on approximately 0.10 hectares (0.25 acres) was left unsold at the auction.
Finally, a detached four bedroom house in Beaufort (below) went unsold. The house is located at Coolcumisk, 8km south of Beaufort village and had a reserve not to exceed €80,000.
