AROUND 60 businesspeople heard a lunchtime seminar from an expert on the retail sector in the Fels Point Hotel on Friday.
Simon Healy AIB’s Retail Sector Specialist gave the seminar entitled ‘Grow your top line and help your bottom line’ which essentially provided advice and clarity on the most important key performance indicator for a retailer to focus on to achieve success.
Businesspeople from all over the county attended and found it very interesting and helpful.
Simon Healy is the Managing Partner of SMS and works extensively across the retail and banking sectors.
A former Chief Executive with ADM Londis, he specialises in Organisational alignment and has a number of clients in the grocery and pharmacy channels in Ireland and the UK.
He also works in a consultancy capacity with National and International Banks and is the Retail Sector Specialist with AIB.
