PLUGGING in for another year of music, the Christie Hennessy Celebration got underway last night with the Troubadour club held in the Fels Point Hotel.
The Club drew large crowds on Friday night with local and national talent on show.
The event showcased the talents of ten artists and was presented by Francie Conway, with acts including Sumdaze, Richie Ros, House of Hippies, Aidan And The Astronauts and rising stars Q14.
The festival is based in the Fels Point Hotel and will tonight feature the final of the IMRO Christie Hennessy Song Competition beginning at 8:30pm.
Along with 10 hopeful up and coming acts, Aslan members, Christy Dignam and Joe Jewell, will be there as special guests.
